A little about our pizza…
The dough is made with various types of Italian Caputo flour and just four other ingredients, then cold-fermented for a minimum of 48 hours and up to 72 hours. Our mozzarella is blended with buffalo butter, our buffalo mozzarella is DOP-certified from Campania, the ham is produced by the Villani family, and the anchovies come from Sicily — in other words, all our ingredients are carefully selected so we can offer an authentic Italian pizza.
Note -1 table 1 bill, we don't split bills.
Corporate cards issued inside or outside the EU/EEA, as well as private debit cards issued without the EU, will be charged a fee as stated on your receipt. The fee rate depends on the type of debit card and where it is issued
If you want to sit a little in private, we can offer a Private Dining room in connection with our Trattoria & Pizzeria. Up to 14 people can be seated in the room. The room cannot be booked online, but you must contact us either by phone. 98113755 or mail sangiovanni@sangiovanni.dk to reserve the room.

The menu is made only by pre-order for a minimum of 8 people and must be ordered by all guests at the table
